Dancesport Latin
The Dancesport Latin Youth/Adult group practice, led by Milla Lykke, is designed for competitive Latin dancers. The sessions focus on enhancing technique and building stamina across Latin dance, with an emphasis on precision, rhythm, and expression. Dancers work through targeted drills and receive expert feedback to improve their performance in competitions. This practice offers a dynamic and supportive environment to refine skills and elevate Latin dance abilities.

Dancesport Senior
The Dancesport Senior group practice, led by Pasquale Farina and Sofie Koborg, is designed for competitive senior ballroom dancers. The sessions focus on refining technique and building stamina across ballroom dance, with an emphasis on precision, timing, and coordination. Dancers can attend one class per week, either the Monday or Wednesday group, or both for two classes per week. These sessions offer a supportive, energetic, and social atmosphere where dancers can improve their technical skills and prepare for competitions.

Sportsdans Standard & Latin Børn
The Dancesport Standard/Latin class for Children is tailored for the Juvenile and Junior categories. This class focuses on developing fundamental skills in both Standard and Latin dances, helping young dancers build technique, coordination, and rhythm. Through fun and engaging lessons, children will improve their movement quality, posture, and confidence, while learning the foundations of competitive dance. Perfect for young dancers looking to explore the world of Dancesport and develop their abilities in a supportive, energetic environment.

Dancesport Standard

Stamina
The Stamina class, suitable for all ages and levels, is designed to boost endurance, strength, and energy through both Standard and Latin. With competition simulation, finals and interval training, students improve cardiovascular fitness and build physical resilience. It’s a fun, challenging class for anyone looking to enhance stamina and overall performance.

Børnedans
The Dance Kids program introduces young children to dance through fun activities set to music. Kids will learn basic movements, rhythm, and coordination, while practicing different dance routines to build confidence, balance, and teamwork.

Børnedans
The Dance Kids 7-10 class is designed for children ages 7 to 10, offering a fun and engaging introduction to structured dance techniques in Latin, Ballroom, and Showdance. Through music and creative activities, kids will develop their coordination, rhythm, and movement skills while learning a variety of dance routines. This class helps build confidence, flexibility, balance, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
