Kurset er åbent for alle og er designet til øvede og rutinerede dansere, der ønsker undervisning med fokus på teknik. Den dygtige danser og træner, Dima Sardari, vil hjælpe dig med at forbedre din teknik og styrke dine færdigheder i de 5 latinamerikanske danse.

Alexander Pavlov & Mie Udesen, one of Denmark's be

Alexander Pavlov & Mie Udesen, one of Denmark's best dance couples, were selected to represent Denmark at the European Championships in Calvia, Mallorca this past weekend! 🇪🇸💃🕺

Their impressive skill and hard work took them all the way to the quarterfinals, where they finished 20th out of 61 participating couples. 🤩👏

Dance Denmark was represented by Per Lundsgaard, the Sports Director of the Danish Federation, and one of their coaches, Sofie Koborg, who provided invaluable support throughout their preparation. They also received fantastic support from their family and dancers from FK Dancelab. 🙌💖

Today, our reigning Danish champions in Senior 3,

Today, our reigning Danish champions in Senior 3, @bulowstig and @olgadio18 , represented Denmark 🇩🇰 at the European Championship in Calvia, Mallorca. They danced some of their best to date and achieved an impressive 30th place in the very strong Senior 3 field. We are incredibly proud of their performance! 💫 On the sidelines, they had their coach, @sofiekoborg, and clubmates, who all traveled to Mallorca to support them. A big congratulations on the great effort, Stig and Olga! 👏💃🕺

Pasquale Farina og Sofie Koborg er værter ved vores første Dancelaboratorieaften 💃🕺.

I vores nye danselaboratorium vil vi sammen udforske kroppens muligheder for at kommunikere optimalt fra fører til følger og retur, så vi sammen føler, at vi kan svæve hen over gulvet hengivet til den glæde, som kombinationen af musik og bevægelse giver os 🎶💫.
Og vi vil udforske, om kondien er på plads til at klare den belastning, en wienervals på et par minutter kan resultere i 💪.

SAGT med andre ord:
FREDAGSDANSEAFTNER er tilbage og afholdes nu i FK DANCELAB regi i klubbens lokaler på Naverland 29 i Glostrup.
Vi har skiftet klub og lokaler, men Britts ånd har vi taget med os, så det er selvfølgelig seriøs dans først og hygge med vin og god mad bagefter 🍷🍽️.

Første danseaften er fredag d. 4.4 kl. 18, hvor Sofie og Pasquale vil lede slagets gang med lidt tekniktræning og masser af DANS IGENNEM 💃🔥.
Kl. ca. 19:30 byder vores huskokke Kenn og Rene på noget godt fra grillen til en pris af kr. 125 per person 🍖🌟.

Deltagelse i arrangementet er gratis for foreningens medlemmer og for ikke-medlemmer er prisen kr. 50 pr. person. Bindende tilmelding til spisning er nødvendig senest 31.3, og kan ske ved indbetaling af kr. 125 på MobilePay til navn FK Dancelab, kode 8833FB. (Husk at skrive ”spisning 4.4.”) ✨.

We are incredibly proud that @issa_eir, @tairarb, and @hanna.dagny represented our club in such an outstanding way. Here are the impressive results they brought home:
🌟 Taira Riebesell:
In U16 Standard, Taira achieved an impressive 2nd place, and in U16 Latin, she secured a 4th place.
In U19 Standard, Taira showed her strength and earned a 3rd place, and in U19 Latin, she finished 4th. What an amazing performance!
🌟 Hanna Jacobsen:
Hanna delivered a fantastic result in U16 Standard, finishing in 5th place.
In U19 Standard, Hanna placed a solid 8th. Well done, Hanna!
🌟 Isabella Eir:
In U19 Standard, Isabella claimed an impressive 5th place, and in U19 Latin, she made it to the semifinal, finishing 12th.
In the adult categories, Isabella had an excellent result with a 5th place in Standard and an 8th place in the Latin Semifinal. Fantastic effort!

Two of our elite couples and our coach and judge @sofiekoborg participated in the Bulgarian Open Championship in Sofia this weekend, and we are incredibly proud of their impressive performances! 🙌
🌟 @lucaswalsted and @amalieeir delivered an amazing performance in Rising Star, where they won the Standard section and placed 2nd in Latin – an incredible achievement! 💪🔥
They also reached the quarterfinals in the World Open Standard, finishing 19th, and placed 14th in the International Open Latin – just one place away from the semifinals! 🌟
🌟 @valde_cap and @amanda.wedebye also impressed with a 3rd place in U21 Standard, finished 5th in Rising Star, and placed 28th in the World Open – fantastic results! This is their first year in the U21 category, and they’ve already set an outstanding standard! 🌟
A big congratulations to the couples for their amazing performance and results, and to the organizers for hosting an unforgettable event in the beautiful surroundings of Sofia! 💫
